Align the suspension and wheels, and maintain the original safety design.

Ensure the seams around bumpers, fenders, grille and hood all meet factory specifications.Complete the job with our precision auto paint color matching techniques.

Larry's body shop uses original-equipment replacement parts, but we can offer quality aftermarket cosmetic panels and other ways to economize. That's especially important if you elect not to refer the repair to your insurance company.

KNOW YOUR RIGHTS!

You have the right to go to the repair shop of your choice. If you feel you are being forced or "steered" into taking your car to another shop (not of your choice) call and let us know about it.

There is no law requiring you to get more than one estimate. You are not legally obligated to drag your car all over town for estimates. Our trained estimators can work with your insurance company to assemble a fair yet comprehensive estimate of the repairs needed to restore your car to pre-accident condition.

Insurance companies have adjusters that can inspect your car at the shop location of your choice. Insist that they do. You are under no obligation to get an estimate at a "drive thru". In fact, most insurance appraisers prefer to work directly with the repair shop doing the work when an estimate is written. This way, all necessary procedures are addressed and "surprises" are kept to a minimum.

For most people, vehicles are a large investment. Choosing the "right shop" for repairs is very important. Its your choice, choose wisely. Only you can authorize repairs to your car. Choosing a repair shop because it is convenient for a third party is seldom in your best interest. Our loyalty is with you, our customers, and we are committed to fixing your vehicle right, the first time. Our reputation depends on it!

Our Repair Warranty

We certify that all repairs will be free of defects in materials and workmanship, excluding wear and deterioration resulting from normal driving conditions, for as long as you own your car.

The Giant Motors Lifetime Limited Warranty applies to all repairs performed by our facility, as well as repairs sublet by Giant Motors to third-party providers. If a defect in workmanship is noted or observed, we will remedy such defect(s) in workmanship by repairing, repainting or refinishing the specific defective components, parts, sections, or repair operations at no charge to you.

Parts Warranty

The parts and materials we use to repair your vehicle will be covered to the extent of any warranty or guarantee provided by the respective parts supplier and/or manufacturer.

Exclusions and Disclaimers

The Giant Motors Limited Lifetime Warranty applies only to the work that Giant Motors performed or sublet to third-party providers. The following are specifically excluded from coverage under the Giant Motors Lifetime Limited Warranty:

• Preexisting conditions and pre-accident damage (unless repair of said condition or damage was specified as a part of your repair order);
• Conditions arising out of abuse or misuse of the vehicle;
• Results of negligence in the operation, maintenance, or care of the vehicle;
• Conditions resulting from subsequent accidents, damage or repairs;
• Metal corrosion not related to defective work;
• Scratches, dings, and stone chips that may occur from normal driving;
• Deterioration (normal wear and tear) associated with vehicle age and mileage.

Also excluded from the Lifetime Limited Warranty is any relief or remedy from incidental and consequential costs, such as towing, rental car fees, travel or trip interruption costs, and consequential vehicle component damage.
